We are currently experiencing an issue where you are unable to confirm your subscription details on the website management screen. This is due to a compatibility problem between Shopify's system and our subscription app's system. The subscription app company has informed us that it will take some time to implement a fix.
The issue affects customers registered with classic accounts. Shopify offers two versions of customer accounts: classic and new customer accounts.
To resolve this issue, please log in using your new customer account. You can access your new customer account from this page.

[How to change from classic account to new customer account]
- Go to Settings in your Shopify admin
- Select Customer accounts
- Click Edit in the Accounts in online store and checkout section
- Select the Show login link in the header of online store and at checkout checkbox
- In the Choose which version of customer accounts to use section, select New customer accounts
- Click Save

What is a Magic link
When a customer places a recurring order and opts in for a subscription, they will automatically get the 'Subscription Created' email from your store, generated by Appstle. This email will contain a link which is unique to that specific subscription. Your customers can use this link to access and manage their orders without needing to login.
