100% Organic Hair Color
Colour Me Organic
The world's first hair color certified organic by ECOCERT —
the most rigorous organic standard for cosmetics.
Since 2012.
How It Works
One Ages Your Hair.
The Other Protects It.
Conventional hair color works by oxidizing your hair—the same process that rusts metal and ages skin. Radico does the opposite.
You already know this science. Oxidation is what turns a sliced apple brown. It's why we eat antioxidant-rich foods and use vitamin C serums on our skin—to fight it. Yet every time you use conventional hair color, you're triggering that exact same reaction on your hair. Radico's herbs are packed with antioxidants—so instead of aging your hair, they defend it while they color.
Conventional Color
Oxidizes
Color through a damaging chemical reaction
- × Peroxide floods the hair with free radicals to strip your natural pigment
- × Ammonia pries the cuticle open so dye can reach the core
- × Oxidative stress degrades keratin—the protein your hair is made of
Radico Colour Me Organic

What Makes Our Herbal Color Different
Most hair color falls into two categories:
· Chemical dyes — last but damage
· Natural rinses — gentle but fade within weeks
Radico is neither. Organic plant pigments—henna, indigo, amla—form a direct bond with the hair's protein structure. Color that holds, without the chemistry that causes damage.
For Dark Shades: Why Color Sometimes Comes Out Warm
Dark shades contain both henna and indigo. Indigo takes 2 to 3 days to fully develop—shifting from green → blue → deep black.
If hair lacks sufficient moisture during application, this process stops at the purple stage. The result is warmer, reddish tones.
This is not a product defect.
It is a natural development process that requires adequate moisture to complete.
Always do a strand test before your first full application.

Organic hair dye is safer than Natural hair dyes
For people with hypersensitivity, dry to weak hairs problems
There are many different hair dyes you can use, but some are not good for your hair because they have chemicals that can be harmful. Henna-based dyes, made from plants, may seem natural, but they actually have metallic salts that can damage your hair. In other words, natural doesn't always mean healthy.
Radico only uses EcoCert-certified organic materials in its hair dyes. 100% natural, not 99% or 99.9%. For those with allergies or dry, brittle hair, it's important to find a product that uses only ayurvedic herbs and organic dyes.
