Radico USA Resolves Subscription Management Issue for Classic Account Customers

We are pleased to announce a recent update addressing the issue faced by customers with classic accounts who were unable to access the subscription management screen. The Radico USA website, powered by Shopify, uses the Appstle Subscription app for managing subscriptions. Customer accounts of the Shopify system are registered in two ways: classic accounts and new customer accounts.

Customers with classic accounts had been experiencing difficulties in modifying their subscriptions from the customer management screen. This issue arose because Shopify did not allow integration with the Appstle Subscription app for classic accounts.

Today, we are happy to share that our dedicated engineer from Appstle Subscription has successfully resolved this issue by adding a subscription management screen to the customer management screen for classic accounts.
