You couldn't get into my subscription management.
How to enter your subscription management screen
Subscription Management should be visible after logging into your account; if not, please attempt to access it again using a different login method.
Step 1
Hide new login methods
Please disable the 6-digit passcode-displaying login method that was recently implemented. The subscription administration screen might be hidden if the new login method is utilized.
Step 2
Traditional Account Login Method
Please enter using the traditional account login method by entering your password. If you have forgotten your password, please reissue your password.
Step 3
Go to subscription management
Appear in the My Account Management interface and navigate to Subscription Management.
