The hair dyes may not work for me, but the sponge is great. The sponge massages my face, and feels great. I can see and feel my face tingling, and blood circulating after use. I am wondering if I can use the washcloth for body bathing?

You are absolutely welcome to use the sponge for bathing your body. I personally use it for my own body care, and it truly makes a difference.
However, please note that this sponge is produced using a traditional method by the only manufacturer in Japan who upholds these time-honored techniques. I did the mix with a nice paste following the instructions then let sit on the hair for over 2hrs. My hair did not color at all, showed brown and some red from past hair dye. I have to go back to Madison Reed to get the natural black look. My hair is dark, and could not understand why the soft black did not show.

The product was unusable - it was not a powder - it was a solid, hard brick. No matter how much water or attempts to break it apart into powder with utensils, it remained a solid brick. I could not use it at all. Please refund my money. Given this experiencw, I do not trust your product for my hair. The shampoo bar has a great lather, and a fresh scent. My naturally wavy red hair feels soft and hydrated without feeling weighed down. Applied to roots 2 X- nothing. Colored my ends- not good! When pkg finally came, the henna was hard as a rock- took 4ever to stir & dissolve in HOT water. WASTED TIME & MONEY!

Spent over an hour trying to get the solid lump of dye to melt into a paste. Eventually gave up and threw the whole thing away. Sadly doesn’t seem to be a good alternative to chemical dye

I used half of the package twice since I am a first time user. Even with the 24 hour waiting period, the color didn't turn my hair the two other colors after it partially turned brown. Grey coverage was light. I would not be able to do this two times a month and buy the other product to reinforce it at my present budget. Great idea to use natural herbs

I thought by buying from the company I would be delivered fresh product, not expired product. It was manufactured October 2021, estimated delivery Aug. 31, 2024 and expires September 2024. I thought Radico was a better company than to do this to customers.

I love Radico hair color products. I know it is safe for my health and my hair. I use to use the Dark Brown color and since getting a little older have switched to the Light Brown color. It blends in with the eye brows that have started to get some gray in them.
Did not cover a single gray and the rest of my hair was super dried. Hair also ended up smelling bad for two days.

I recently tested out this product. The problem I encountered was that it worked well on hair that was slightly white, but it did not work on hair that was completely white, especially on the sides. I followed the instructions and left the product on for 90 minutes.

I just did an application of Champagne blonde to my greys, I followed all the instructions, on my clean hair left it for 90min with intervals of heat, did not cover my greys and I wouldn’t like to apply any indigo because I have light to medium blonde. Sad :(
